The following Power Point presentation was discussed as the first of three parts of a comprehensive outline on June 5, 2019. This specific presentation was originally compiled on July 30, 2019.
It is important to acknowledge the metric "24" in current HUD and public housing budgets for the City of Dallas. I previously wrote a post on this in connection with other concerns regarding the budget for the City of Dallas specific to awards of HUD housing. The metric "24" was specifically associated with "whites" who were living in HUD housing units; there were other metrics for "Hispanics" and "blacks." I believed at the time that these metric schemes fit into a pattern that I had been attempting to report for nearly two years prior to the post. That specific post is no longer available on this blog. I did not intend originally for this presentation to feature 24 slides but it makes "sense."
