Post 0600: I'm sorry I didn't help you

I don't like apologies; I prefer corrective action. That's the whole thing with confession: it's meant to acknowledge the wrong so that you can refrain from repeating it. But, well, the whole intention behind 13 got changed from atonement to ascension without atonement and I don't know what that is. I'm a bit old school, like not into the New Testament old school.

Did you know that the U.S. and Iran had some more than 20-year litigious process? Very instructive...last cases were what, 2009? None for 2008, but PLENTY before that. The U.S. was usually the Petitioner, but not always.

There a case, number 313. Actually, it's two cases with the same number. It concerns a family farm that got expropriated by the Iranian government for its national oil concern. The first case was about the land; the second about the facilities upon the land. Read it yourself if you are interested. I was more concerned with the 1992 dates and the fact that it's a double 313 (313 being an important number for me and my "nemesis" in this video game that the Affordable Care Act turned my life into).

There was also research on the last ten years or so of Treaties in Force only this time was different from the last time I attempted this research in May of 2017. See, there was an 8 and 1 pattern concerning "cash transfers" to the Palestine Liberation Organization and an agreement on "Finance" for the Palestinian Authority. Before it said those aspects were in effect for the years 2011-2013 and now, well, it's only in effect for 2017 and 2018, at least in the Dallas depository to which I went. When I first saw it in at least three Treaties in Force books in Austin the 2018 version didn't even exist and the 2017 was not available. I did notice it was not in 2016. Again, however, the books for 2014 and 2015 are not available.

I found my Writ of Habeas Corpus on the Texas Supreme Court website today. I guess somehow that made me think that I could resume some sort of legal case. But I have understood for a long time that all the people I previously reached out to about some sort of legal case, going all the way back to 2016, did their own legal work, or were able to view my filings, but never found a way to get in touch with me personally. I know, it's probably Homeland Security, right? I'd believe it. But it doesn't change the reality of years of isolation and stolen legal research that finds its way into local pension rackets, or in this case, next week's Dallas City Council agenda.

That research I did today and mentioned above was stolen. It was in a bag that I took into the bathroom; someone reached into the bag while I was going to the bathroom and walked out before I saw them. There was other case law, and I won't pretend that if I WAS helping anyone through my stolen legal or other work that they aren't somehow going to get the benefits of it some other way that does not involve addressing my lack of due process or violations of MY body. So, for reference, in case you need this expedited, check out the unpublished opinions on "Ford Motor Credit Corporation v. the State of Florida" and "Barry v. Barachi." I would have made an argument citing these but would it matter to you if I did or someone else just took my notes and did it themselves?

If that spy was put up to something or if it was some sort of test from her handler (who I am hoping is not a professor or grad student teacher that told her some sexy Putin story) then please know that you got some good case law, but you did not get what you were supposed to get. And you won't.*

Please let this serve as my formal notice that I am no longer offering any more legal work for any more cases for anyone anywhere. The ONLY case or cases I would be involved with moving forward are ones that directly address my Writ of Habeas Corpus and the subsequent investigation that I followed up on via the judicial system in lieu of ANY federal, state or local assistance. I don't know what else to do about Palestine, or Iran. Or the women and children in AMERICA that I watch get tortured while they were forced onto "legal" drugs.
