2014 at the San Francisco Department of Public Health – just like what was threatened last year – when I was told that by the time I was 40, I would be eligible for two knee replacements surgeries, because a knee replacement only lasted 20 years and because of the stress put on the bone after the replacement, they could only do two in a lifetime and they assumed a person would live until 80.

 

That would mean that I would have been prepared and scheduled to have received the first knee replacement in 2017 and the second one second one in 2018 insofar as there would be one year between the two.

 

The “difference” between five and six years was the forty, whereas the difference between the six and seven years was “0.”

By the way: When is the next interim report from the Special Inspector General of Covid Relief due? As I understand it Aug. 11, 2023 would be 90 days after after the last one was reported, which itself is two days after 90 days after the information that is needed to complete it is due. I do not accept “12%” of program participants reporting. We need at least 30% to be reported by Aug. 9, 2023.
