Immediate Action – I need a prepared statement addressing the Constitutional implications of the 1986 Tax Reform Act regarding “Revenue-Earning Potential of Minor Child” and the COVID-19 “relief efforts” involving the “Child Tax Credit” beginning in June/July of 2021 and up until November of 2021 and onward.+
-
- I have contended since October of 2019 that the 1986 Tax Reform Act considerations of “Revenue-Earning Potential of Minor Child” are unconstitutional and have been applied in the context of violations of the Constitution up until this time. I have revisited this several times since – including in the last two years – and ALL of my records of the analysis and alternative recommendations have been stolen. This is part of the crimes of this specific “legislative” act and the subsequent implications. I need the DOJ/AG statement by 10 am CST on Feb. 2, 2024.
