Regarding American Responses to Israel and Actions in Gaza and Middle East and Elsewhere - 4.16.2024
As of today, I hereby order the revocation of all state-level laws alleged to prohibit any acts of boycott, divestment or sanction involving private individuals or private entities operating out of any state of the United States of America.
All states holding out as operating under alleged laws that function as violations of Constitutional rights protecting civic action and other collectively organized activities are to immediately provide a statement on in what manner they will operate within legal Constitutional manners to support federal efforts to address any actual crime identifiable with civic activities that engage boycott, divestment or sanction as a expression of political principle.
In the meantime, all efforts at boycott, divestment or sanction of Israel or any other country covered under alleged law by any state of the United States of America will be suspended and estopped from further action.
Refusal to do so will be considered in accordance with all necessary Constitutional applications.
The deadline for an official statement by the relevant states is 10 am EST on April 18, 2024.
