Evacuation and Closure of Embassy of the United States in Jerusalem - 4.5.2024

As of Noon EST on April 5, 2024, all personnel and diplomatic parties engaged in activities regarding the alleged “Embassy of the United States” in “Jerusalem, Israel” are to remove themselves within 72 hours from without the national borders of “Israel.”

As of Noon EST on April 8, 2024 all operations in or as the “Embassy of the United States” in “Jerusalem, Israel” will be terminated. Any further efforts after that day to engage in or as the “Embassy of the United States” in “Jerusalem, Israel” will be considered an act of terrorism within the domestic boundaries of the United States.

Any other effort to define the “Embassy of the United States” in “Jerusalem, Israel” is inclusive in this order.

In accordance with international law regarding the status of official embassies and consulates, areas of land permitted for use by a foreign country’s embassy or consulate is legally considered the “soil” of that land for the purposes of understanding territorial jurisdiction. Laws of diplomacy regarding foreign embassies and consulates allow for the protections of immunity to be applied in specific manners to specific staff members and others at the direction and authorization of the nation of concern.

The United States of America does not and has not ever recognized the legitimacy of allowing for the United States to “claim” as American soil any area of Jerusalem.

NO Constitutional process was engaged within the United States to provide for consideration of the status of “Jerusalem” as the “political capital of Israel.” On the contrary, efforts to misrepresent the “political status” of “Jerusalem” are in violation of numerous treaties and the Constitution itself.

As such, those who have previously been engaged in violations of the Constitution under the auspices of representing the United States of America abroad are informed that they will be considered terrorists operating within the domestic borders of the United States by Noon EST on April 8, 2024 unless they remove themselves from without the borders of “Israel.”

The United States is not responsible for arranging transportation. Treaties of extradition will be engaged after Noon EST on Aug. 8, 2024. Refusal to honor said treaties in response to the profundity of these crimes will be addressed as necessary.
