"Day 1 First Week of January - 2"
Memo
From: Co-President Charity Colleen “Lovejoy” Crouse
To: Secretary of Treasury Katherine Jefcoat
Re: OFAC Sanctions and Derivative Kingpen Designations Lists
Date: Dec. 29, 2023
Secretary Jefcoat:
Please be apprised that next week a conference will occur involving the Attorney General of the United States and all 50 Attorneys General from the states of the United States. A major topic of consideration in the course of events will regard the current sanctions policy of the United States via the Office of Foreign Asset Control, as well as the U.S. Treasury and its coordination with the Department of Justice per the Derivative Kingpen Designation List. Of concern will be national security-related issues regarding “identity theft” and “fraud” as well as the constitutional implications of abuse of these treasury practices in acts of political reprisal, including those that legally constitute sedition. I will be expecting you to do your own analysis following your efforts thus far and would appreciate if you could have your report ready within 10 days of today. That would be by Jan. 8, 2023. I contend it is important for you to conduct your own independent analysis and for at a later time you coordinate after reviewing the findings of the Attorneys General. I will be making this notice public on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2023. Thank you for your efforts.
