Getting it right

U.S. Treasury and the Federal Reserve System

Several practical fundamental policy changes in Treasury/Federal Reserve operations would greatly enhance security and potential economic development in the U.S.:

  • Implement policy to change the lack of disclosure on certificate and Treasury owners as well as update policies for securing notes held by international investors within the borders of the United States. I have already developed a nascent potential systematology and look forward to working with others to refine it as appropriate, simplify it for the sake of transparency, and implement in a manner that is easy to track and confirm.

  • Define and clarify policy on indexes created and used in evaluating partnerships between the U.S. and our trade partners. This entails setting standards regarding pairing options in the event that the U.S. legitimizes or normalizes alternative digital currency paradigms and assures that U.S. legal processes — including trade, military or other assistance, or security policy — are not being compromised by Federal Reserve policies or practices.

  • Revise and overhaul the U.S.’s system regarding use of derivative contracts, including implementation of consent policy in determining acceptable valuations, classifications, and strategic positioning in categorization.

  • Define and implement policy for tracking certificates/notes as part of anti-money laundering campaign.

Labor and Employment

We need legislation around hiring agencies and temporary labor agencies.

I believe that an audit needs to be required regarding third-party hiring agencies to determine their effectiveness and identify potential human capital harvesting and/or collusion with money laundering in the form of theft and redistribution of intangible personal property. Violators and entities who benefit from these practices should be shut down and prosecuted.

Proposed legislation regarding human resources department standards, including requirements on non-competes; gag rules/ confidentiality agreements; and individual intangible contributions during and after the hiring process needs to be implemented and enforced as soon as possible. This legislation should include provisions regarding sharing “in network” of people’s resume and application documents as well as “data mining” and “remote sensing” in hiring/interviewing processes. It also needs to include consideration of preclusions on being able to find employment elsewhere following a severance or termination that was not about employee wrong doing.
