Executive Order 1-126: Executive Pardon - 5.17.2025

As of 8:30 am CST on May 17, 2025 a Presidential Pardon shall be issued to all persons – regardless of age upon alleged time of commission of act of attempted prosecution of the alleged crime – who were identified by any charge that included designation of commission of an “active shooter” event, including at any religious site or any public or other school involving minors. The charges of concern included premeditated first degree murder and any all charges allowed to be pleaded for in the course of the case and agreed to by the judge at sentencing.
