As of 6:45 am CST on May 17, 2025 it is hereby declared that it shall be considered illegal, unconstitutional and unconscionable for any consumer of electricity in the United States to receive more than four hours of continuous electricity a day.
All emergency measures for a period of up to six months “would have” already been budgeted and “would have” been appropriately provided per the Federal Budget Appropriations Processes of 2024, 2025, and 2026.
This term shall last until six months from today.
