Executive Order Regarding Import Ban on Venezuela - 8.10.2024

As of today, Aug. 10, 2024, a complete and total import ban any all products, services or official -- including business -- communications from Venezuela, AKA Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, is to be implemented.


All licenses or other exceptions issued through any agency of the United States in the last 120 days is to be immediately cancelled.


This ban will remain in effect until further notice.


Cancel all remote extradition policies, including connected to any crytocommerce or any other derivative legal proceeding commenced in any country with which the United States has an existing treaty regarding cooperation on matters pertaining to criminal proceedings or military assistance.
