“In accordance with Public Law 111-256 (enacted October 2010), the terms “retardation” and “mental retardation” have been replaced by “intellectual disability.” This change in terminology does not affect the data presented, which are directly comparable with the data published in previous editions under the old terminology.”
Let me ask…what is October 2010 in regards to the implementation of the Affordable Care Act?
Would this be in time for the fiscal year? So, then, changes would take effect at this time…like…new billing rates for insurance, including MediCare or Social Security that was being used to pay for medical treatment associated with the new terms under the ACA?
But how long was it on “hold,” the payments for those billings, pending court appeals on the constitutionality of the law?
Was it more than, six months?
One year?
Eighteen months?
Three stock issues…?
How does “intellectual disability” correlate with “not guilty by reason of mental defect?”
How about “capable of making informed decisions about her/his own treatment?”
How about “mental competence to engage a contract?” Or “stand trial?”
If you had investigated MY “MediCare fraud claim” would it have cancelled the insurance to “extradite ‘JOH’” instead of any number of other “HO” makers in the U.S. accused of “securities fraud?”
Who makes a “HO?”
A “pimp?”
A “Juan?”
Does the “HO” make himself?
The charge was “securities fraud” involving “wire transactions.”
Like…bookmaking?
Medicare and Social Security are “trusts;” they are not “insurance policies.”
Ok…
If a two-year back payment for lost wages because of “disability” had been assessed for a “traumatic brain injury” as a result of a person being subjected to nonconsensual and undisclosed participation in research and development in accordance with military weapons testing, what would the spread 12 years later look like relative to “schizoaffective disorder?”
Is one who qualifies for an “intellectual disability” eligible for “disability” payments and one who qualifies as a “work hazard” eligible for “workers’ comp” payments?
Who gets the pink slip when the market crashes?
