Per what was discussed this morning, the understanding I have is that there are nine days left in November and then there will be four days until Dec. 4, 2024. By tomorrow that means – 12 days until seven years after Dec. 4, 2017.
I will reserve my explication of what I understand are the legal implications of this until at least three days from now. Were Russia and/or Poland to file suit – or resume an already filed suit – then I would have to attest that I understand they would have legal standing to do so.
There is a major concern for the United States: what happened to “Senator Charity Colleen Crouse (I-TX)” and zhis National Service Requirement[2024]?
Technically, the report is not due until Feb. 23, 2025.
Without it, I know of NOTHING that could “cover us” and stealing it through illegal surveillance while zhe is kidnapped and “open-aired” detained on the street is not sufficient.
