No. 96: Executive Order Concerning Payment of Rents for Americans in Need of Rental Assistance - 12.14.2024

No one should be without a home; it is a responsibility for the government of a People to assure that no one is left without living arrangements that meet their basic needs, regardless of income, ability or other factors.


In accordance with goals to end homelessness in the United States within two years as outlined in the President’s budget for 2024 and for 2025, at this time the following Executive Order will be implemented to assure that NO ONE ELSE is allowed to be evicted and to assure that no excuse is made to justify declaring any person without the means to make the rent payments accepted as that which is required in order to be domiciled in a legal habitation for which any payment of rents can be considered:


Beginning by the end of December of 2024 – no later than Dec. 27, 2024 by the end of the day local time – all members of the federal judiciary serving as Judges and Justices, including Magistrates and Bankruptcy Judges – will create a schedule of quality readings to be provided on at least a monthly basis to cover the rents of those who would be eligible for consideration within their jurisdiction. This reading is to be documented; the material for the reading is to be made publicly available for others to acquire for themselves as necessary or as needed, and is to be read aloud in accordance with the monthly schedule to be provided by every member of the Judicial Branch eligible.


The schedules for all eligible members of the Judicial Branch is to be published publicly no later than the close of business on Dec. 27, 2024 local to their district.


Monthly verification that the readings have been performed must be publicly posted. 


All providing rental units within the legal jurisdiction of the United States are to be informed that in accordance with this order, the federal judiciary is to be the determinate in addressing rent qualification issues based on the faith and credit of the people as delegated to members of the Judicial Branch and that no cause of eviction for lack of payment of rent is to be considered legally available until such time as this Executive Order is formally revoked. 


There is no expiration date on this Executive Order.


Formal active date is Dec. 28, 2024 in preparation for rents due by Jan. 1, 2025. All rents are to be paid via readings as above described for the following months within three days of the first day of the relevant month. Adjustments for rent payment due dates on dates other than the first of the month are to be adjusted relative to the confirmation of payments by the first of the relevant month.


It is to be understood that individuals availed of such rent payments are not to be accorded personal credit history consideration for their non-payment of rent on an individual basis even while other options for credit consideration are to be made available. That applies regarding both affirmative or negative consideration. All persons in need of such rent assistance are to understand that they are not permitted to be evicted from their housing based on any alleged “nonpayment” of rent. Other terms of any rental agreement are to be considered on an individual basis.  


The first year of implementation is to run for rents due on Jan. 1, 2025 through Dec. 31, 2025. Eligible members of the Judicial Branch are to publish their schedules accordingly by the date due and confirm by the monthly due date.

All rent payments were to be posted for confirmation by this morning by midnight EST last evening. See below for confirmation on my payment.


For the record, the "character" of the "rents" is not a contingency upon eligibility. All Constitutional rights regarding "safe [in] person and property" -- including in one's "home" even insofar as it is subject to a rental lease agreement -- are still protected.

Excuse me. Today is 15 days. Every "federal judge" and "justice" who did not already document their rent payments will be charged with solicitation of prostitution.


The rents were already paid at the level of the "President of the United States."


Any threat of "eviction" now is an effort to solicit prostitution and a crime.


Your "kickback to the municipal level" will be charged to YOU. All of you.

Today is Jan. 3, 2025. If you had to "pay your rent" for the month that means today is the third day.


What happened 20 days before this last year?


I will start to take punitive action on Jan. 13, 2025 for any federal judicial officer eligible under this Executive Order who refuses to comply, including based upon the terms explicated further this morning.
