Today, we must address a serious matter. At around 2 am CST on Sept. 15, 2024 Attorney General Toufic Haddad was assassinated. This act occurred on “American soil.” Haddad was representing his country in an official capacity at the time of the assassination. An investigation is pending; evidence has been acquired. Anyone with any information should make sure to document it and keep track of the date and time until further notice. Any effort to “hack” or “steal” the evidence will be addressed in concurrence with other matters pertaining to the investigation. Please allow for three days for those who have need to address the specifics concerning the matter at hand. Further notice will be provided by close of day on Sept. 18, 2024.

This act does qualify under the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996. All official formal documentation of the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996 – including its proposal and passage, as well as legislative, sponsorship and co-sponsorship history and any information on amendments of predecessor legislation – will need to be made available by noon on Sept. 18, 2024. Subpoenas are being obtained at this time to acquire all relevant documentation in the event that it is not provided constitutionally and with the cooperation of the Congress and the Senate.
