The following was formally declared on May 3, 2025 for public posting on May 6, 2025.


As of today, the following individuals are to be officially pardoned under the authority of the President of the United States:


Dimitrios Pagourtzis, charged while a minor with capital murder and aggravated assault against a public servant for crimes committed on May 18, 2018.


Nicholas Cruz, charged while a minor with premeditated murder in the first degree and attempted murder in the first degree. Convicted and sentenced for crimes committed on Feb. 14, 2018.


The pardons are to be effective immediately, as of 11 am EST on May 6, 2025.
