As of June 19, 2025, the following request for proposals is put forth for the next 30 days regarding the following:


Eye patch, left eye

External identifiable signification, specifications to meet international law standards -- as necessary -- for designation as a combatant

Input, right eye, coordinated independent of left eye range adjustment function
