If I am correct, the whole time I worked with Jalyne Strong she was under 45 years old, correct?

That means we were equivalent in many regards.

She did, however, achieve the age of 45 before I did.

Was this BEFORE or AFTER she agreed to participate herself in the “older woman’s pension fund” that was set up in a racially exclusive manner using my work products from when I was at StreetWise newspaper?

As you WOULD KNOW if you did YOUR OWN WORK or engaged in a basic democratic process – including in regards to basic political education – the Ukraine is the inheritor/successor of all treaty arrangements between the U.S. and the Soviet Union since the dissolution of the Soviet Union. That does not mean, however – as was exposed in regards to the “case” involving members of the Polish Judiciary that was still ongoing by the summer of 2020 – that persons who “would have been” old enough to “pay into” the Soviet Pension System were NOT supposed to be paid their own pensions when they were of age. I understand my generation was the last generation to be eligible for Soviet pension benefits. Was I personally availed of such an arrangement? My understanding is that based upon the terms of the security arrangements made with some of the countries of the Soviet Union – including both Russia and Ukraine as well as Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan – that yes, I was. I had already been involved with “labor” since I was 15 years old, beginning in March of 1993 when I was still 15 years old but legally old enough to work in the U.S. My “job history” as I have recounted several times is as follows:

And yet, I have myself NEVER been permitted to actually JOIN a union even AFTER THE ORDEAL AT STREETWISE and what I did about it…

Did you allow yourself to leave StreetWise when you did because you intended to take MY WORK with you to Black MBA Magazine and set up a racially exclusive “investment scheme” using “pensions” about which you NEVER intended to inform me or acquire my permission/consent?

What was the “case” from 2003 for which my “work” at StreetWise was used to “benefit” what was disproportionately represented as the “African-American community” for which I was adjudged to be eligible for compensation/”award” that was instead allowed to be “diverted” to another person holding forth they were eligible for some form of “restitution” at my “rate” as part of an exigent circumstances argument?

It was ALREADY determined by May 3, 2025 that THIS is underlying why there is permitted to be this sort of racial discrimination, anti-semitism, misogyny, and “secrecy” about that for which I am subject. It had NOTHING to do with what I HAD ACTUALLY DONE AT THE TIME that was adjudged as “criminal” but rather that IF I HAD BEEN ABLE TO BENEFIT FROM MY OWN EFFORTS AND WORK THEN I WOULD COMMIT CRIME.

And THAT has been proven over and over again to be entirely false while you and whomever you went in with are repeatedly implicated in significant crimes that also dispossess other people – including AFRICAN-AMERICAN PEOPLE – of the means by which to “provide for their own self-sufficiency.”

I contend YOU are the fraud.

Either you and your “cohorts” were NEVER eligible for ANY BENEFITS as a “Soviet pensioners” – including in conspiracy with others who masqueraded they were but then “sold out” when they engaged in 14th, 13th, 4th, then 5th, 3rd, and even 2nd Amendment violations – or YOUR TIME IS DONE AND THE CRIMES OF CONCERN WERE BORN OUT BY YOU AND YOU CONSPIRED TO DISPOSSESS ME OF MY OWN RIGHTS KNOWING YOU INTENDED TO COMMIT CRIME AND EXPECTING TO USE ME AND MY WORK AS YOUR ILLEGAL “COMPENSATION” AND “INSURANCE” ARRANGEMENT.

It has now been over 20 years, and in some cases, including that for which you and your “community” insist you are entitled to benefit – 30 or EVEN 40 YEARS! You’ve defrauded federal U.S. systems going back to BEFORE I WAS BORN as was AGAIN JUST DEMONSTRATED last month.

I contend that no, the “Soviet Union” was NOT responsible for bearing out any “reparations” as a result of slavery in the U.S. and NO, me and my family never qualified to be made to pay out reparations. I do NOT believe in the RACIST “Christian conversion of the socialist jewish stock” scheme in any manner and what instead has happened is that YOU AND YOUR CO-CONSPIRATORS ONLY COOPERATED WITH LYNCHING ABOLITIONISTS BECAUSE YOU YOURSELF ARE GUILTY OF SLAVERY!

What else is there to say?

The “CIA” is no excuse.

There are no “legs” left to “get a leg up on.”
