There is in my evidence a pdf of what I believe was a CRS report from 1986 right after the vote on the changes to the military pension system that was in the publication along with discussion on the changes to law regarding intervention in Latin America, specific to the situation in Nicaragua. It may not have been the CRS, but it was an official government publication. In the article about the military pension system, it said that beginning in 1986 there was a 40-year commitment, but that there had only been a budgeting for 35 years worth of income. The person who was quoted from the military system in the article said that accounting for later, including those last five years and beyond, was going to have to be taken up by future Congresses.
I contend that they did NOT “take it up” in a Constitutionally appropriate manner, but that instead leveraged it, including changes to military annuities that took place in 1996 regarding “disability” when it came to drawing on them, in order to extort members of the military into cooperating with trafficking their own children. I mean, if the military will do it, then what recourse does anyone else have? And not only that, but that they created the situation of political disappearances in other countries concurrent to a specific process IN the U.S. to avail people alleged to be qualified for “public office” or some other position of the expropriated human capital of dissenters, or really just people who did not prioritize organized crime as an ends to government, so as to cover up for the fact that they are not actually qualified and are in fact attempting to undermine the government itself.
Insofar as the people merely delegate our authority to the representatives of government, then when we permit for them to engage crime in an alleged representative role then it becomes the people onto whom the responsibility for accountability falls.

That is three times this time within 20 days, as I said at the time.
No, despite the same consistency “patterning” of “disclaiming” I do NOT believe “Ala” actually “disclaimed me as a jew” and yet we are still having the same “orthodox jew” depreciations.”
