Discussion re: agenda items per 2.15.2026 as follow-up to 1.19.2026:

1. Department of Agriculture

2. Department of Transportation

3. Department of Commerce

4. Department of Interior re: Department of State

5. Department of State re: Department of Defense

A. I contend it was well-done and successful for the most part with necessary considerations pending follow-up with regard to:

1. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

2. Role of retail/consumption/decommissioning and/or recycling/waste disposal, etc.

3. Perspective of end of previous cycle decommissioning/recycling as beginning of new production/reproduction cycle

B. Specifically with regard to 2024 ASNT (standards and regulation) conference and Teledyne Conference (private sector and government contracting), because of:

C. Consideration of standards/”compliance” with regard to federal standards and private/proprietary standard; misfocus on role of surface transportation (ie., into with regards to “intrastate matters” becoming “interstate violations” before consideration of import/export concerns);

D. Consideration of Federal Communications Commission role relative to surface versus air transportation
