Per our Feb. 15, 2026 meeting in preparation for the required commencement on March 15, 2026 of the proposal on April 15, 2026, the attached spreadsheet demonstrates our status at this time.
The "green" areas are "energy." Specifics regarding "energy policy" were/are to be outlined in accordance with its coordination with other budget areas. As discussed, however, by and on the Feb. 15, 2026 meeting, this year's priorities -- Year 4 of 4 after three prior years -- is to focus on:
Transportation
Energy
Commerce
.
In an accurate evaluation of the necessary considerations per our Energy policy and that within which we are engaged, we at this time CANNOT attribute ANYTHING EXCEPT Energy per what was discussed by the Feb. 15, 2026 deadline. We cannot EVEN attribute what would otherwise be allocable for "Transportation," as was already attested by 9:10 pm CST on Jan. 27, 2026. The cannot because of the following:
1) Birth Certificate
2) Social Security Card
3) State-issued Driver's License
4) Passport
These items are necessary in order to coordinate with tax policy, social security and Medicare expenditures, and, for the sectors of concern, appropriate licensing for professional, occupational and other matters as well as compensation and benefits.
More than three full cycles have already been allowed to transpire without ANY effort of anyone claiming entitlement to pay and benefits attending to the above. These items are also necessary in order to assure security of basic needs such as:
A.
1) Keys to housing arrangement
2) Title and Deed (as applicable) or Lease
3) Homeowner's Insurance (as applicable) or Renter's Insurance
Then the matters pertaining to Transportation -- starting with physical mobility -- need attending.
B.
1) The bike shop that was supposed to be opened by Jan. 13, 2025 is not in any functioning state and the "workers" have been denied access and attribution for their work. There is also nowhere to deliver, store and make available for distribution the inventory of actual "vehicles" that would be provided AND there is ALSO no literal location for them to engage the next stage regarding the electronics and biometric data attenuation/accounting. One whole tax season has already passed.
2) Public transportation options have not been attended to with regard to clarifying not only the alleged "legal implications" -- including in what "jurisdiction" one is when they are using said transportation -- but matters outstanding with regard to encroachment upon what otherwise would have been acknowledgement of "beneficial use" of public amenities following being "interdicted" by persons holding forth they are entitled to compensation as a form of "legal enforcement" without being appropriately audited and accounted either.
3) Matters pertaining to vehicular transportation still have to attend to Sec. A.
As such, we cannot get "out" of that cycle and over and over again we are relegated to "Energy" without any other manner in which to compute or attribute it as allocation. It is thus far expropriation without demonstrable development. Any "compensation" arrangement is then "illegal" and any "tax assessment" leads to fundamental questions, up to and including as regards the role of "armed struggle" and what form it should take.
Is remanding a person to "homelessness" and electrocuting them on the street in order to allow for their forcible expropriation to be indicated as "income" for another person "violence?" Is it "state violence?"
Please recall, per the first budget cycle the following:
"Insofar as that is the matter at hand and in consideration of my continuing efforts to pursue the charges as originally alleged – including in consideration of additional evidence and additional crimes in the pattern – then was the “military assistance” provided to the Ukraine since the “Declaration of War” by Russia against the Ukraine on Feb. 23, 2022 included in consideration of the “illegal derivative processes” engaged in connection with defrauding me and my case?"
Please remember, this was originally supposed to be connected to Legislative activities as a member of an elected federal legislative office. After being defrauded out of said office and "kidnapped" I had to resort to using judicial resources/processes without the support of the state. That has hence called out the role of the Executive, including as posed in the charges themselves. Any efforts at "seizure" of alleged expropriated property have been comported from the premises of the LEGAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL MANNER IN WHICH ONE UPON WHOM THE STATE HAS COMMITTED SEDITION CAN SEIZE THE STATE BY SEIZING THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
Attempts to "export" persons -- literally or virtually -- then call into context the manner within which one attends to the CONSTITUTION OF THAT NATION.
Under the Constitution of the Ukraine HOMELESSNESS IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
As such, there is NO "justification" for NOT DECLARING WAR and FORCING ONE'S PEOPLE ONTO THE STREET TO LIVE WITH NO SHELTER, NO SANITATION AND NOWHERE TO PROTECT THEIR PERSON OR "PROPERTY."
As such, all that can be accounted is my "Energy consumption."
