NOTICE OF AUTHORIZATION TO TRANSFER ESTATE – 11.16.2024


I hereby authorize the transfer of estate of Samuel Mitrani from within the State of Utah to the State of Minnesota effectively immediately. The completion of this matter shall exceed no more than 60 days. Estate is to be accorded in consideration of formal transfer to Mitrani on Feb. 15, 2024 from Charity Colleen Crouse, Crouse’s assumption of estate in April of 2023. The value of the estate and holdings at the time of assumption exceeded $2 million. The terms of consideration of the estate are to be accorded at NO LESS than the full value and faith and credit at the time of Crouse’s assumption in April of 2023, as Crouse fulfilled the necessary initial time period of qualification and transferred to Mitrani the full value, faith and credit of the estate. That which is the requisite qualification concerning the equivalent and appropriate means of vesting in Minnesota was secured on Oct. 15, 2024. Today is 32 days after security was acquired and confirmed. Taxes have been paid as of Oct. 18, 2024.
