Good morning:
As of today, all of the men in the cabinet except for Attorney General Toufic Haddad will be receiving 15 days of initial treatment here:
during which time all commercial and other matters pertaining to their duties or other affairs will be put in escrow and inaccessible to others. In fifteen days there will be a follow-up and an acknowledgement.
In the meantime, the business of the cabinet and all government affairs will be conducted by the women in the cabinet.
The Co-President is excepted out of this consideration.

Charges are forthcoming against the former Secretary of State.
