[Re-]Post No. 155: Regarding American Responses to Israel and Actions in Gaza and Middle East - 4.16.2024

As of April 16, 2024, I hereby order the State of California to cancel its “Memorandum of Understanding On the Establishment of a Strategic Partnership for Joint Innovation, Exchanges and Cooperation Between The Government of the State of California, United States of America And The Government of the State of Israel” authorized on the “5th day of March, 2014, corresponding to the 3rd day of Adar II of 5774.”

A formal announcement by the State of California is required by 4 pm PST on April 16, 2024 identifying the steps it will take to be compliant with this Executive Order.

The State of California is to immediately issue directives on providing audits for any state entity, including any 

1. municipality or political subdivision of the state; 

2. research center; 

3. university or university department; 

4. medical center; 

5. law enforcement agency; 

6. correctional facility; or 

7. detention center 

(in the above identified order and by the above identified priority) that has involved itself in cooperation with the above-identified Unconstitutional actions alleged to be under agreement between a state of the United States of America and a foreign nation.

Audits are to be provided with initial verification and timelines by no later than 10 am EST or 7 am PST on April 18, 2024.
