UPDATE: 10:24 am CST on May 20, 2024 -- As discussed last week and this weekend, all "liquidation insurance" needs for you and your community should be attended to pending the passage of your drug test. I will finalize the completion of the documentation follow-up regarding May 23, 2022 by the end of the week.

In accordance with executive requirements implemented within the cabinet of this administration and in consideration of the economic and social implications revealed within the past year and before, I hereby order an immediate drug test to be performed on all veterans and active duty military service members to be commenced beginning Monday, May 20, 2024 and to be completed within three days by May 23, 2024.

Any military veteran that cannot pass a drug test will have his or her military benefits revoked for 90 days at full loss. One appeal of the first drug test at cost will be permitted to be compared with the first test; if both come back positive then the revocation goes into effect; if the second one is negative then a re-test at the first facility or entity is to be provided with full spectrum test performed and cost of second test of be taken on in accordance with payment for the first if it comes back negative. All laws regarding provision of data regarding the testing modality and payment for tests are to be adhered to on state and federal levels.

Federal monies for such tests were secured in 2023. All biomedical data associated with tests is to be kept separate from any commercial or other purposes to be performed by the laboratory of concern. This is in accordance with longstanding policy regarding protection of military members' biological information.

No social or human service provider providing for veterans can access any military or veteran benefit, including per or via children of family members, while the revocation is in effect.

This will be followed up on in 30 days, 60 days and 90 days.
