I need unsealed and delivered in official English translation, as well as the original Hebrew, all records from the Bejski Commission regarding the Bank Stock Scandal of the 1980s concerning any American persons -- individual or corporate -- that were involved at the time.

I specifically needs audits on any person that was involved with receipt of a contract with the U.S. government for the seven years before the issue date of the report by the Commission as well as seven years after the date of issue by the Commission, specific to contracts approved via the U.S. Department of Defense or via the U.S. Department of State.

I also need the official paper version of the DFARS manuals for 1982, as well as 1992. I already have 2012.
