The intention of the internship was to identify areas of recommended appropriations for terms between 2 years and 10 years for various departments to begin implementation in cycles after the next one. Ie., 2023 internships are to be appropriated for by the 2025 cycle, but obligations on students would not start until after 2026 and beyond.
