I did have a proposal for what to do with a one-quarter $30 million fundraising effort, but it is now gone.

 

We are now halfway through the ACTUAL first quarter of 2020. In some matrix, I now have half the time to match that amount. I COULD half the amount because of my "disadvantage" and try to discount my way through the election. That is, however, part of a protracted long-term effort to compel people to accept less after coercion. Besides, there is a "Conflict of Interest."
 

In this milieu, if I accept half-timing it for a discounted amount, then it will be pegged to the Fire Fighter's Pension System tared to Houston, including via a lawsuit filed by the Houston Fire Department that was denied by the Court and was used as a derivative report on a municipal bond in 2017. This is directly connected to my political and other capital potential due to my successful efforts to appeal mischaracterization as having "defaulted" by proving "fraud." This political capital was misappropriated from me during a timeframe in which I was kidnapped for ten days under the guise of a "mental health evaluation" to be used to launder re-hedging options on that muni. Hence, the specific "half-priced" derivative reporting on the "23" metric associated with the muni in July of 2017.

This transaction would have been completed 10 days before the end of the first calendar-year quarter for 2017. You know, there USED to be an Executive Order regarding 3-year timeframes and reports of fraud that was changed AFTER this transaction. I, however, am "grandfathered" in and I am declaring that this in fact IS "election interference." Do not be upset about this; I have the refusal to recharacterize me thusfar and the "hit" it took on ANOTHER Presidential candidate to "back up" these assessments. But, if I agree to a NEW START for my Presidential campaign and refuse to "downgrade" or "depreciate" to a Senate or House seat, then I am compelled to navigate this system of fraud and graft that they call an "election" as it is now. And in his case, my "campaign" goal for this first quarter is pegged to the Fire Department.

Perhaps that is appropriate. The pattern used on the re-hedging is the same scheme as one used per an Executive Order passed during a lame duck session. It has been used to speculate on, among other things, the success of responses to a public health outbreak, up to and including designations of a "global health emergency." This hedge was met on Jan. 30, 2020 at a World Health Organization conference in Geneva. Did anyone hear about what happened at the Davos Conference in 2017? Jan. 30, 2020 would be within the 72-hour or 3-day timefame after the three-year on the closing ceremony at Davos, which had a concurrent terminating transaction ALSO connected to "public health" concerns. Not so ironically, less than two weeks prior to this declaration of a "global health emergency" the Governor of Texas was in Switzerland discussing new "business" endeavors as a follow-up to his travel to Israel. These "business" endeavors allegedly included biotechnology and other "health care related" enterprises. Just so you know, this "hedge" and the "default" were on another Presidenital candidate's political capital and he did not declare it to be "fraud" when the terms made the 3-year deadline of concern available for such because, it seems, he acribes a different value to "defaults." I, however, did.

As a matter of principal and practicality I refuse to support efforts to "downgrade" important business functions or attempt to sabotage their legitimate and efficient performance so as to render them available for a discounted purchase. Indeed, there is I believe much in this process that is a part of what the Houston Fire Department attempted to address via its challenge to changes to Texas laws concerning the pension system in 2017.  I was skeptical of their lawsuit when I was first made aware of it in February of 2017 via a canvasser who approached me to sign a petition of support. He was canvassing with a young boy who was obviously a minor. I asked and he said it was his son. I asked if he -- the adult -- was getting paid to canvass or if this was a volunteer task. He said he was getting paid. I said I could not support him bringing his son with him to work; that there were serious considerations concerning child labor laws.

My later efforts to contact the Houston Fire Department directly after the fraud involving the use of the Houston Fire Department lawsuit as a derivative did not go well. The executive offices had just been moved in an act so hasty they had not even had a chance to change the information about the address on the letterhead or their business cards. I put it mildly when I say I was electronically assaulted and commented on this out loud on site. But, in early 2018 I attempted to contact the Houston Fire Department through their operations department as opposed to their executive offices. At that point there were a number of concurrences that caused alarm, including the fact that while I was at the Fire Department offices there was announced a ban on arms exports from Norway to the United Arab Emirates and there was an effort to divert me to a "BRAC" that was associated with "hotels." After some research, I traced how this and other concurrences appeard to fit a pattern that began in August of 2016 when the local fire department was called to the runway in Dubai after a Boeing 747 caught on fire.

Outside of Harris County Texas I was informed there is the country's largest volunteer fire department. A professional fire department is much different than a volunteer fire department. There should be no "competition" between the two that may aid and abet or escalate potential for sabotage that may include public health risks that cannot be sustained. There is also a difference between canvassing as a professional and as a volunteer. It is an important part of many cultures, including the one from which I come, to involve young people in efforts at civic engagement and education, including in political organizing. But to use children for financial purposes, including as "help" in paid work efforts, is a crime.

So, what am I to do if I want to move forward in this "campaign?" I got a month and a half and a $30 million benchmark. I could half the price and work with the time I got. The deadline is the "first quarter of 2020." That is NOT the same thing it was when I started, but I did not want to be complicit in what I knew COULD be the assassination of an opposition political candidate so I dropped out until I could take measures to assure that would not occur moving forward. Unfortuantely, we are at a crucial moment in this country's history. NO other candidate, especially ones that have gotten press and campaign assistance that may well have originally been the strategies and political capital of their former opposition, seems to pay this sort of regard to the electoral process. At least one person who may well have otherwise been campaigning for re-election this year is dead and another was "treated" at a hospital after a "medical malady;" in other words HE did NOT die. Calling in the FBI does nothing when you've already permitted military appropriations assigning responsibility for monitoring the election to the Central Intelligence Agency (or is THAT a "derivative?") to pass without comment, critique, or an effort to take responsibility for what it means to let an alleged "political candidate" call the FBI in on you and your "foreign" campaign supporters as a way to label you as a spy in your own country. You know what the CIA does with "spies?" Exactly what this whole thing was about: pensions.
