Good Standing
I am grateful.

I am grateful that I have been living in my indoor arrangement for more than six months. In the State of Texas, as in most states, that means I am qualified to say this is my "home district" for the purposes of considering a political campaign. I already had a verbal agreement concerning my housing arrangement and then it was put in writing to clarify less than a month ago. However, it seems that due to my prior reporting efforts to the State and Federal governments that go all the way back to 2016, there are still ongoing accounts that have concurrent transactions without me receiving any closure reports or any cooperation in moving forward in bringing charges for the offenses under consideration.
I have yet to hear back from any law enforcement. Technically, that could mean they are still investigating. How many other candidates are in a similar situation? If the Congressional Democrats had their way last week, it could be considerably more, especially if you had any constituents that were born in another country or are the children of people born in another country and ESPECIALLY if you are one of those Americans whose immigrant story does not involve jail and deportation but perhaps being successful in business or the military, as many immigrants throughout American history did.
Since I started reporting, Texas changed the laws. I do not agree with these legal changes and am attempting to challenge them in court. I understand that not only are many of these "legal" changes actually Unconstitutional but the processes through which they occurred are fraudulent and Unconstitutional. "Constitutional Amendments" should never be allowed to get to the voting booth as a cover for Legislators and the Governor approving a kickback scheme for their most favored de-nationalized status supporters. This is especially important if former Executives or Legislators made it to Washington either via vote or appointment.

Meanwhile, I have noticed that many opportunities to which I and others could be availed have been thwarted by "background" checks that reveal less than savory details of the schemes I am trying to report and their intersection with my identity. I have no problem talking about this either professionally, in a legal setting, or as part of civic participation. But I DO have a problem with other people being able to set up "bids" or "contracts" using my identity when the terms of their "bids" and "contracts" are now supposed to be "confidential" and sabotage my chances to provide for myself and anyone else with whom I might wish to create, build and nurture something. It's called money laundering and whistleblower retaliation. That means something very important when you seek public office. Allowing this to occur is not only an effort to extort the candidate, but also their constituents.
So, as I pursue legal recourse in challenging these Unconstitutional laws, I will reserve the right to first refusal on any bid or contract using my identity or indicators connected to my identity, including current or past reports to state or federal bodies, or even private entities that were involved with any appearances of public corruption. It is a conflict of interest to these ongoing investigations and it is disrespectful for other people to be subject to suspicion because of bad administration of public reporting and regulatory bodies.

Starting Monday, I will also use my "campaign finance" disclosure page to record any pending "bids" or "contracts" that I understand are attempting to use my identity. This public disclosure gives others who may be involved in those bids or contracts the chance to secure themselves by assuring that any information concerning their endeavors that is meant to be confidential for purposes of worker safety as well as any information they are legally required to make accessible for public reporting purposes is accurate. I believe the standard for myself and for anyone with whom I would wish to work should be this high and should also acknowledge that there is resistance to the recent efforts in the State of Texas to obscure or obstruct appropriate and responsible public information laws and potentially jeopardize the pension and other benefits of millions of constituents in Texas, as well as other states, by refusing the apply appropriate standards.
I already know that this sort of "hacking" can be stressful but that there are means by which to address such stress. I do hope that this alleviates any prior miscommunications about the intents of this campaign or what you can expect from me in public "service." I also look forward to hearing from anyone who has recommendation about how to more address these sorts of matters.
