At this time, I am going to type up the handwritten notes/strategy that I had finished by Dec. 28, 2023 in preparation for the first week of January of 2024. In addition to other things, by that time the keys and title to a location in Irving that formerly operated at the Exxon Headquarters was to be turned over to [Attorney General Toufic Haddad] and made available for the first act to thereby be accorded, which was this conference. The location and another in Fort Worth, Texas were to be turned over ... by Nov. 4, 2023. I have kept track of the intervening period, including efforts to launder money in connection with the Fort Worth location (at least six "production arrangements") that have occurred on what would have been legitimate timelines but have been falsely used in illegal activities instead. They were not at the time intended as "production arrangements" but were rather to be my personal use of the Fort Worth location. The Irving location was not for my personal use and has other purposes, including the one herein identified.
In the first week of January of 2024, I made a photocopy of this strategy at a printer at a Texas Workforce Solutions, along with another "document" that was handwritten on Dec. 28, 2023 referring to a Nov. 10, 2023 judgement in the case Crouse v. Texas State Senate. I have the "judgment" notes elsewhere with the actual authority for the judgement that was used upon the rendering of the judgement on Nov. 10, 2023. That "document" was meant to support the strategy outline.
The outline was finished at 12:54 pm CST on Dec. 28, 2024. The other document was finished at 1:02 pm CST on Dec. 28, 2024.
The photocopy was made on a network printer/copier at a TWS location in Northern Texas. Under the Texas Military Code as of September of 2017 such a copier/printer qualifies when it comes to reports under the Texas Military Code. I photocopied on that day for that specific reason with a notation for the actual copy. The copy record can be acquired from the location. I already know that it was received after it was photocopied. It was to be given to Toufic Haddad in preparation for the conference AND THE TWS knows that. The TWS offices in Dallas share the same floor as the Texas Veterans Commission. The Attorney General and the Governor and the Texas Senate are REQUIRED BY LAW to know that.
