Please recall the time frame on this tranche report.
There was MORE than enough time to "fund" your budget before Oct. 1, 2025 without having to "break the law" to do so.
If there is a concern about the constitutionality of a proposed or "passed" law then you well know the Attorney General if authorized to attend to such matters and under what context he or she is so eligible.
