You know before Houston got its own dibs on the "Stormy Daniels" pension laundering scheme, there were numerous reports about Chinese law enforcement on a campaign of targeting wealthy corruptivos. In China they chase your ass down to Taiwan if they have to. They don't cover up for the rich guys by farming that out to "Mexico" to make some busts as insurance that can be "traded" to cover up domestically.

Have you ever heard the term "readiness?" It is NOT "resiliency." It when you let people know what's going on -- what's ACTUALLY going on -- and what the risks are and what they need to do to succeed and when and how and in what manner they are NOT succeeding. It's like what I said that one night, before COVID-19, like how if there are some sort of standards regarding "performance" for police that understand that a certain number or percentage of police are expected to be killed in a certain time frame, and that it could escalate to certain levels and would not be intervened upon by others to de-escalate UNLESS certain casualties were accrued, and that according to the people financing the insurance and calibrating the budget and even leveraging that performance data on local public financing, that they anticipate that a certain range of colleagues will experience a certain number or even demographic type of casualties, then you can let people know up front. Some people are willing to take the risk.
If you had told me however many years ago that you anticipated there would be certain political risks, and that you believed I could perform and accomplish certain goals and benchmarks, and that there were certain opportunities that could occur but it required a certain number of people to participate and from that number certain people would be expected to DIE, much less get stolen from, or have to give up everything to cover costs, or even engage in sexual activity, then that would have been one thing. But that is not what they did.
I will not "resiliency" my way into competitive cover-ups after being tortured and being made to watch other people be tortured. Stop making excuses for a completely incompetent chain of command that will not even acknowledge its placement in the command structure.
