Message to Heidi Cruz

I believe he is a harm to himself, a harm to others and incapable of making informed decisions about his own treatment. He should be put under observation immediately. I would never say anyone should be force medicated; medication is a decision between him and his medical provider and whoever he designates as his representative if necessary because his capacity to engage in a contract regarding treatment is determined to be impaired.
