It is so tacky that you had to sign up 127 traitors to violate the Constitution on what would have been my mother's 62nd birthday if you had NOT let your colleagues who WERE allowed to get "college degrees" in black robes murder her.
But...
You are NOT getting your New York Water Diversion.
Every New York and other 39 metric is "MediCare fraud."
YOU wanted to call it "insurance." "Insurance fraud" is considered a predicate act.
And this:
SEC. 5103. TRANSPORTATION RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT 5-YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN.
Section 6503 of title 49, United States Code, is amended—
(1) in subsection (a) by striking “The Secretary” and inserting “For the period of fiscal years 2017 through 2021, and for each 5-year period thereafter, the Secretary”;
(2) in subsection (c)(1)— (A) in subparagraph (D) by inserting “and the existing transportation system” after “infrastructure”; (B) in subparagraph (E) by striking “; and” and inserting a semicolon; (C) by amending subparagraph (F) to read as follows: “(F) reducing greenhouse gas emissions; and”; and (D) by adding at the end the following: “(G) developing and maintaining a diverse workforce in transportation sectors;”; and
(3) in subsection (d) by striking “not later than December 31, 2016,” and inserting “not later than December 31, 2021,”.
Is against the Constitution:
Article I, Section 9:
"No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed."
This does, I argue, waive your Sovereign Immunity.
