Regarding obligations
It concerns the Interstate Commerce Commission and railroad transport.
Do you think that anyone used radiographic film interpretation in the construction of the railroad itself and/or the train cars?
It is one of those things that I would find fascinating, seeing those old radiographs.
...Perhaps reviewing them with that audit from the Alaskan Pipeline in mind...
