A popular exchange traded fund that uses complex derivatives to track oil is being investigated by U.S. regulators over whether its risks were properly disclosed to investors, people familiar said. The SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission have both opened probes into the $4.64 billion United States Oil Fund, which lost 75% of its value in the two months ended April 30.

Did not SOMEONE else ALREADY try to bring suit on these matters?
Did not the SEC TOTALLY default when it REFUSED to respond to an open report number?
The two-year on that expired a few days ago.
But the announcement TODAY on this as something to look out for...
sounds like a bribe to keep quiet in the meantime.
Do know what happens when they examine "derivatives" in an "investigation" and don't tell you what they are up to or go through an appropriate and formal process?
They reserve the right to completely screw up your life by spying on you and then drop the suit when their "exposure" is too great, they acquired enough products for resale, OR they find a better case on the upsell. Let me ask: is it a pretense that "Crouse" is German or British in origin that precludes them from accepting ME personally as a Petitioner in the third branch of government?
Or, do they know about that investigation they've been avoiding since the Civil War?
Or were they just THAT unwilling to ACTUALLY address how "charity" is used to launder money for domestic terrorist operations because the ones SHE is trying to crack down on involve NARCOTERRORISTS with stock options in pharma that sell them while in committee meetings on the floor of Congress?

Unfortunately, now that I've claimed them AND made the hedges, I am NOT going to be able to sell those stocks any time soon.
