Yes I did. I did previously disclose that I created a personal treaty under the Treaty on Open Skies dated for Feb. 9, 2018 because of how pervasive is the organized crime in my country and that stealing my "jewish blood" is in violation of the treaty annex pertaining to "NDT Equipment."
