HHS – Main priority in next three days.
DoE – Recap the recent announcement regarding “LNG” and “drilling rights” on public forest land; emblematic of problems concerning gas & oil in last two years and energy as human labor, including compensation and benefits.
DoCommerce and DoL – Address housing and issues concerning compensation and “needs” relative to market condition, including in connection with next stage post-conservatorship period.
April of 2021 – first “seizure” of Texas refineries.
May of 2022 charges.
July of 2022 verdict; pending appeal (escrow) and conservatorship in form of workers’ committees taking over facilities.
August of 2023 – preparation for compensation arrangements to those impacted as determined in intervening year and a month; distribution of dividends to those affected, beginning with senior citizens and those with greatest economic need.
NEXT STAGE (To begin second week of February) – begin processes of reformulating bylaws and organizational structure to “convert” to cooperatives, including considerations of different cooperative interest per organization/company (ie., “consumer” versus “producer;” “service” versus “administrator;” etc.
DoL and DoD regarding domestic processes (ie.s, “Interior” and where is Secretary now? This is the crucial matter pertaining to State and Interior relative to Defense as outlined last year).
“Maintenance” and inspections as process for evaluating domestic operations and determining at what stage infrastructure projects are to be regarded.
