Administration Update - Jan. 31, 2024

Department of Treasury

• One time quanta to be credited to Department to Treasury

• Organization Structure/Process proposed by Secretary Jefcoat approved

Department of Justice

• Attorney General Haddad authorizations

• Acquire information/documentation on 8-year status (2016 onward) as of Feb. 12, 2016 with regards to organizations already reported

• Acquired information/documentation on 7-year status (2017 onward) as of Feb. 18, 2017 with regards to organizations already reported

• Compare access/and derivative exploitation (including attempted commercialization of anonymized data) with regards to 7-year and 8-year timeframes

• Focus on 103 audit exceptions relative to DHS, HUD, and HHS allocations to organizations of concern with regard to state role; compare organizations specifically reported with other homeless/DV shelters

• Audit DHS “Food Security” program; compare results from Homeless/DV shelters and detention centers (with regards to charges from 2015 hunger strikes)

• Consider Constitutional implications and prepare statement on Faith-Based Organizations and “monopoly” on access to Social Services; consider both in regards to and independent of the Anti-Money Laundering Statue of the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996

• Consider on two tracks/separate case procedures:

• 1) Federal monies through departments, including as administered through state programs

• 2) Social Security/Medicare benefits paid to facilities per their assistance to persons qualified for said benefits; compare with their access prior to arrival and what happens upon arrival to access them per person; consider from civil rights perspectives as well as considerations of self-sufficiency as a protected right

• Consider the Constitutional Questions in following order:

• Fourteenth Amendment - Obligations put on the People to fund federal programs that fund unconstitutional actions

• Thirteenth Amendment - Means by which persons seeking assistance are made available to others as “private equity” or “property”

• Fourth Amendment – Intersection of healthcare sector/law enforcement

• Fifth Amendment - “Disclosure” and confirmation of “chain of command” and legal authority [consider implications pre-and post-COVID]

• First Amendment - Implications of compelling persons or confining persons to access to resources in violation of their conscience

• Identify affirmative (relate to Treasury proposals – including in connection with role of auditors relative to Attorneys General on state level) supporting evaluations/investigations with IRS

Immediate Action – I need a prepared statement addressing the Constitutional implications of the 1986 Tax Reform Act regarding “Revenue-Earning Potential of Minor Child” and the COVID-19 “relief efforts” involving the “Child Tax Credit” beginning in June/July of 2021 and up until November of 2021 and onward.+

• - I have contended since October of 2019 that the 1986 Tax Reform Act considerations of “Revenue-Earning Potential of Minor Child” are unconstitutional and have been applied in the context of violations of the Constitution up until this time. I have revisited this several times since – including in the last two years – and ALL of my records of the analysis and alternative recommendations have been stolen. This is part of the crimes of this specific “legislative” act and the subsequent implications.  I need the DOJ/AG statement by 10 am CST on Feb. 2, 2024.

Department of Homeland Security 

• Authorization for Co-Director Traub to follow-up with Co-Director Maranon and move forward on directives with Department of Transportation (Secretary Navarro)

• Prepare for Monday, Feb. 5, 2024

Department of Agriculture

• Support Secretary Thompson to ground residency/citizenship positioning and preferences for consideration moving forward [Include federal, state, tribal]

• Call to be returned for clarification tomorrow morning (Feb. 1, 2024)

Department of Labor 

• Authorize Secretary Juarez to meet on Monday morning (Feb. 5, 2024) with her team and the following:

• Secretary of Energy Wong

• Secretary of Treasury Jefcoat

• Secretary of Interior (to be announced on Feb. 2, 2024)
