As of May 1, 2022 – there has been a recovery [restoration] based on the transaction that took place over the weekend of April 30, 2022 to May 2, 2022. This includes acknowledging that the transaction was “characterized” based on the work I did with and as Not In My Name in Chicago, including the Jewish Unity for a Just Peace conference, but also includes other considerations, including my work with the Democratic Socialists of America DISTINCT from my work with “StreetWise.” Why? Because I did not accept wages in exchange for my labor with Not In My Name and the Democratic Socialists of America like I did with StreetWise.
This does not mean that StreetWise gets to commit fraud by misrepresenting my relationship with the organization, including for the purposes of taxes, Social Security and Medicare. Insofar as the alleged ”disability” claim with Social Security Disability Insurance for $24,000 is concerned, I have contended for more than six years now that it was “fraud” because for the period it covered I was supposed to be receiving “healthcare” in accordance with pay and other benefits as a member of Congressman Omar Lopez’s Congressional staff for the 4th District of Illinois. That would have given me a very different Social Security and Medicare characterization and my “medical insurance benefits” would have been provided in accordance with my “work” as a Congressional staff member.
My understanding is that based on what transpired last night and this morning the following has been determined in the revelation of what was already known as fact and allowed to be suppressed until now:
Omar Lopez did win the 2008 election as a member of the Green Party in Chicago, IL.
At least one other candidate and two other candidates won the 2008 elections as members of the Green Party in Chicago, IL.
Barack Obama did not win the 2008 general election, meaning he was supposed to return to his Senate seat in the U.S. Senate, however
Barack Obama did not win the Senate Election that took him to the Senate by legitimate means.
Rod Blagojevich knew this.
Insofar as Green Party candidates were elected in 2008, then the “election results” would have meant Barack Obama would return to the U.S. Senate to serve under President John McCain without at least two important Democratic Party Congresspeople, including one that he selected for his Presidential staff when he assumed office in 2009.
Insofar as there was alleged to be inappropriate accounting for the election that permitted Barack Obama to be allowed to go to the Senate in 2004 then does that mean that Alan Keyes was supposed to be the Illinois Senator in 2008?
So this was not about “seeing a black president” represent the people.
I have authorized full congressional benefits for Congressman Omar Lopez and Congressman Obed Lopez for seven Congressional terms as of today with the request that the benefits be processed within the next 48 hours. Following the confirmation on this matter, anything connected to their staff will be addressed.
There are, however, also the other matters which need attention.
John McCain is now dead.
I contend John McCain was murdered in much the same manner that Senator Edward Kennedy was.
I also contend that insofar as the above is understood, that the prosecution of Antonin Rezko needs to be reconsidered. Would Gutierrez and Obama have been eligible for prosecution in the Rezko matter had they not had the option of abusing the privileges of government immunity to evade prosecution? I contend that the Rezko case provided “insurance” for what Obama did with K.A.M. Isaiah Israel Congregation and the other buildings surrounding his “home” in Hyde Park.
Did Blagojevich know about what happened in the 2004 Senate election? I understand he did know about what had happened with the 2008 election. How many years did a former Illinois Congressman and Governor spend in jail for the wrong crimes?
