I was kidnapped. Someone stole my work and claimed it as their own. Now I am supposed to believe that they were entitled to re-comport it and I have to accept a downgrade as if I am under their authority as to whether or not I can use it.

We are discussing matters connected to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear weapons disposal. Neither he nor any of his colleagues responded appropriately when they had the chance. He and 43 others are now dead. I apologize for their widows' losses.

On June 4, 2020 I composed four verbal reports that totaled around two-and-one-half hours. It is too long to post here. They were based on evaluation of circumstances regarding the response to COVID-19 from a perspective of addressing a CBRN attack. Were one to apply these standards for consideration of what was occurring at the time then a very different perspective emerges. These standards were written by and under the authority of a Joint Forces Program alleging it was connected to the Department of Defense. One notable difference in terms of their regard for addressing the situation at hand concerned a request for "individual protective equipment" versus "personal protective equipment." Why the difference? After reviewing a specific checklist of how to identify dangers associated with a potential CBRN incident, the question becomes more piqued.

I will not add the rest of the context here at this time that was in the first report. I have additional evidence I have accumulated concerning what I understand to be the true implications of COVID-19 and the motive behind launching it as a bioweapon in acts of terrorism. The report will have its two-year anniversary in five days. I am not amenable to business as usual, especially since at the time I found it more than a month after it was released someone was already engaged in competitive speculation regarding its contents and has not ceased from continuing this speculation. I was not speculating when someone alleging to be a military veteran came into a homeless shelter I was staying at in Chicago and gave false information about contagious diseases using information that was cited as coming from the "Virginia CDC." I was not speculating when I wrote the staff a memo and let them know I had signed another name other than my own and that they should keep the sign-in sheet as evidence. I intend to subpoena that sign-in sheet as well as the records on their response as a follow-up to this evidence gathering.

Is the President permitted to file charges of this sort? If a declaration of war is required, I contend that is exactly what she has to do. To what authority would the President submit her request for support for a declaration of war if 44 Senators were executed for treason?

That is a question we are going to have to figure out.
