As of today, May 28, 2024 the following prior Presidential Executive Orders are hereby revoked, reverted or amended:
Executive Order 13721 of March 14, 2016
Developing an Integrated Global Engagement Center to Support Government-Wide Counterterrorism Communications Activities Directed Abroad and Revoking Executive Order 13584
is hereby revoked.
Executive Order 13646 of June 25, 2013
Establishing the Presidential Advisory Council on Financial Capability for Young Americans
is hereby revoked.
Executive Order 13707 of September 15, 2015
Using Behavioral Science Insights to Better Serve the American People
is hereby revoked.
The following Executive Order is hereby revoked and all exceptions to be immediately audited and accounted for:
Executive Order 12866 of September 30, 1993
Regulatory Planning and Review
to be applied as explicated herein.
The following Executive Orders are to be revoked with reversion as follows:
Executive Order 13844 of July 11, 2018
Establishment of the Task Force on Market Integrity and Consumer Fraud
is hereby revoked in accordance with the following Executive Order being hereby revoked:
Executive Order 13519 of November 17, 2009
Establishment of the Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force
and being reverted to:
Executive Order 13271 of July 9, 2002
Establishment of the Corporate Fraud Task Force.
Executive Order 13271 of July 9, 2002 Establishment of the Corporate Fraud Task Force is to be amended to include the following by inserting in Section 2:
"(m) The Attorneys General from states of the United States as confirmed with the Attorney General of the United States by Jan. 4, 2024."
between 'designate' after the deletion of the '.' and before 'The Deputy Attorney General'.
Executive Order 13271 of July 9, 2002 Establishment of the Corporate Fraud Task Force is to be additionally amended to include the following by inserting in Section 4:
"(f) the Secretary of Health and Human Services; and
(g) the Secretary of Energy."
between 'Federal Communications Commission after deletion of the '.' and before 'Sec. 5. Internal Management Purpose.'
This Executive Order is effective immediately upon publication.
