Additionally, in regards to In re Charity Colleen Crouse, Case No. 17-0622, the Supreme Court of Texas was provided with a motion dated for Oct. 17, 2017 that was not publicly identified on the docket that is available at this time and was not available on the docket at any time. This motion was in response to the listed Oct. 16, 2017 “Motion to Withdraw” and addressed directly the charges identified in the Oct. 16, 2017 “Motion to Withdraw.” Oct. 17, 2022 was five years since the filing of this motion; this Oct. 18, 2023 will be one year and one day after the five-year period following the court’s refusal to publicly post this motion in the docket information or to respond to the implications.

As identified this morning, I need information on all persons at a detention centers that are identified as undocumented and their status regarding eligibility for deportation per the specific request made for periods of six months, two years and five years.

 

All information in the Gazelle and other databases at and through the Texas Workforce Solutions is to be secured separately from the above requested information.

 

A backup is to be prepared of this information to be kept separate from the official request.

 

I need this all completed by 1 pm CST.
