Stop trying. I told you that it was completely inappropriate to try to get the Court to give you a religious exemption. You enlisted or received your commission to uphold the Constitution of the United States. There is no special exception for taking an order to kill from the President based upon how it fits into your personal faith practice.
Get a real case or get off my accounts.
