This is a reposting of something I put on another blog. Then an attempt was made to "program" it into my genital region so I retracted it and removed it from that blog. I did not EVER approve of being lied to so that my neurological functions could be made accessible to sex terrorists armed with biological weapons. I never agreed that they were allowed to torture my genitals when I refused to distribute biological weapons.

I see...someone stole it an appropriated it so I can not copy and paste from my own records...
If you want your "public health" authority to be deemed legitimate then:
remove any relationships between medical data from any homeland security or other security scenario, especially anything connected to racial or genetic profiling;
cancel the "CVE" certificate program and compensate all individuals illegally designated as "mentally ill" so their "vulnerabilities" could be used for "cyber security" testing regimes that were actually a form of torture;
relinquish your "cyber insurance" scheme until such time as you address the fraud inherent in the development of the "cyber security" industry;
address issues with appropriate certifications, including audits and periodic reviews, for people who work on or maintain databases or other electronic records processes connected to patient data, as specified under HIPPA and other policies that may or may not be proprietary to specific medical entities; this includes ANY medical-related entity that benefits from access to any public health department or authority, including for medical research purposes;
apply appropriate legal standards for acknowledging the intellectual and intangible property contributions of people who receive medical treatment to R&D connected to medical research and compensate them rather than embezzling their contributions as mischaracterized "billings" for medical treatment alone; and
prevent any "banking" scenario that leverages medical or demographic data on financing and/or that permits the use of records connected to medical treatment as derivative agreements for any financial or banking purposes.
I haven't talked about "drugs" yet and don't intend to until the above is addressed appropriately. Otherwise, trying to compel cooperation with "medical" modalities that are against my spiritual belief system is an attempt to compel or extort me into cooperation with a criminal enterprise.
It is bioterrorism and cyberterrorism. Do not pretend it is otherwise. And it needs prevention and not a write-off under a federal Terrorism Risk Insurance Program.
