I saw this once before...

There was the guy (or maybe gal) and they were running for some sort of political office position in Iraq. They were told they had to come up with a policy piece by the time the online session ended or they or someone they were connected to would be killed. They did it, but they were then told they had to drop out of the race. What they did was stolen; they were not allowed to have a copy or any record they had done it. It was supposed to be for someone else's political campaign.
