p. 92: "During much of the Cold War, the Soviet empire was an overextended colossus, battling internal contradictions and driven more by paranoia than any ambition for global conquest. That empire, however, was formidably armed, cynical and cruel enough to merit a vigilant response from free societies. Thankfully, there were leaders on every continent prepared to argue for democratic representations, a strong defense, and respect for liberal norms...These and other initiatives showed the fundamental difference between a state-run system that ignores individual rights and one that derives its power from the people."
When was it? October, or November? Autumn of 1995. The column in the Chicago Maroon was called "Right of Way." I alternated a column representing the "conservative" perspective with the person who at the time was a fourth-year undergraduate and President of the College Republicans. It was my first year, I was a member of the College Republicans, and I had just been elected as the Burton-Judson Representative to the University of Chicago Student Government. If I recall correctly, my first column was about the use of the term "fascism" as a pejorative to describe political dissent with then-dominant Democratic Party policy. I did not use the word "pejorative" in that article, but I did discuss how "fascism" was a political policy, an ideology, responsible for great atrocities and that the U.S. had gone to war to fight fascism as it was expressed politically, including in response to attributions of the Nazi regime as a fascist one. I discussed how using a term with such historical power to describe things that were political differences otherwise capable of reconciliation or protest outside of an escalation into considerations of declaration of war was a seriously perilous affair. To use such a term when it was not accurate or called for would anesthetize people to its true implications and portended a time when its actual manifestation would be underestimated. It was...a warning.
I cannot acquire any of the records of my student life or activities at the University of Chicago. Even when I was in Chicago and went to the campus, the newspaper office was inaccessible. The archives do not include information on that column, or the later affairs associated with the discussion and student government vote connected to the Women's Center.
In January of 2018 I composed via email notes that were reminders of a more comprehensive outline of a proposed strategy for Afghanistan. I did not know that day was the, I believe, 24th anniversary of Madeleine Albright's swearing in as Secretary of State, or the situation regarding Mike Pompeo's role within the Department of State. I was aware of how what I was investigating was connected to an investigation I had already by the time been committed to for nearly two years specifically. This policy, among other things, took into consideration reports on agricultural production in certain areas of Afghanistan, which were themselves considered in connection with attempts to follow-up on efforts to contact the Consulate of Pakistan in Detroit in the summer of 2016. I was also researching patents by Monsanto regarding "fungal-resistant opium" plants, and had already discovered the "Norwegian Refugee Council's" activities in Afghanistan, as well as their projects connected to seed distribution as part of "humanitarian aid," including aid sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. I was concerned this was similar to the seed concerns I had been told about in Honduras in May of 2015, including the role of GMO seeds, and how they may be connected to narcoterrorist activity in the country, as well as the material causes of migration, including "childhood migration." Of specific relevance was the access to and by natural waterways and how proposed hydroelectric projects influenced these matters.
What else does Madeleine say?

p. 155: "Chapter Twelve - Man from the KGB"
"Vladimir Putin pledges no allegiance to the democratic articles of faith, but he does not explicitly renounce democracy. He disdains Western values while professing to identify with the West. He doesn't care what the State Department puts in next year's human rights report, because he has yet to pay a political price in his own country for the sins reported in prior years. He tells bald lies with a straight face, and when guilty of aggression, blames the victim. He has convinced many, apparently including the American president, that he is a mater strategist, a man of strength and will."
This reminds me of that picture...
Maybe someone else likes to hear this story? It was a picture of Bolivian President Evo Morales giving Pope Francis a crucifix that was shaped as if a hammer and sickle. I saw the picture of the two of them. The initial response I had was supported by the media representation, which at that time was in Spanish and not from the United States. I was inspired to write -- in Spanish, first-person present tense due to my lack of more comprehensive ability in other tenses -- a response concerning the meeting and its symbolic and literal implications, specifically as it spoke to considerations of the role of faith in the history of historical materialist struggle. I contended that the liberation theology movements of Central and South America gave Marxism in the West an understanding of the "soul" of a people in acts of self-determination that a purely secular, if not outright hostile-to-religion attitude (the "opiate of the masses"), praxis did not regard. At the same time, the domination of the patriarch as was expressed, specifically among certain social classes, in the Western Hemisphere countries where Catholicism had prevailed benefitted from the perspectives of Marxist movements that made women's roles central in consideration of political struggle. The context of "struggle" and its importance has a dimension that was symbolized in the literal exchange of that item between the Head of State of Bolivia and the Holy See of the Church. I do not now have that writing. I did publish it on a blog...where did it go?
Once more, what did she say?

Not in Pyongyang, Madeleine.
In Houston.

pps. 78-79:
"That's how I operated my whole career, and I was proud of it. No one was tougher than me. I thought it worked great, until dehydration and exhaustion landed me in the hospital one day in late August of 2016.
"Hillary emailed me as soon as she heard, and I emailed her back and explained what had happened. She responded with an all-caps screed any twelve-year-old girl would be proud to call her own. 'OMG. WHERE ARE YOU? WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP? PLEASE DO WHATEVER THE DOCTORS TELL YOU TO DO! YOUR HEALTH IT TOO IMPORTANT.'
"They sent me home later that night. I slept for four days and then went back out on the trail. Then a week later, Hillary came down with pneumonia. I forwarded her the screed she sent me and told her to take her own advice. She didn't. I didn't..."
In late August of 2016 I was sleeping on the streets, mostly. I had attempted to return the the Pacific Garden Mission in Chicago a few nights...but...there were at that time in the shelter several women, mostly elder/senior women who were African-American, that were coughing significantly. At least two women I spoke to said they had gone to the hospital and been diagnosed with the flu. There were other women around town--homeless, African-American, mostly--who were coughing as well. I remember thinking it was odd that there was a flu going around in August.
One night, I was sleeping outside the Newberry Library. I was awakened and told there was a way right then, if I did a form I had created myself, that if I used the available energy that night (meaning, I thought, cosmically- and constellationally-aligned) that I could use that form (which was kidney via lung) to heal the kidney of the man who was the father of the family that had come up from Texas to get a kidney transplant. So I did the form, but afterward, I had to go toward the bus stop, and the current changed. It 'confirmed' that the 'healing' had gone to Hillary Clinton, that it was her lungs, and that it was connected to the appearance of all the other women who were coughing. I was upset because I had offered it to him--not her. If it was possible, then was she holding other people medically hostage to use for her own health?
But, it was in that first shelter in March of 2016 that I understood the set up occurred. One night, there was a sudden and unannounced 'training' that was mandatory, related, ostensibly, to STDs. It was the only time I used an assumed name on the sign-up sheet. I signed I was "Hillary Clinton" after I asked what the sign-up sheet was for and was told that it was to get our demographic information for the reporting. I have reports elsewhere, including as reflected in a memo to staff (where I told them to keep the sign-up sheet as evidence) on how intentional misinformation was given specifically on tuberculosis during the second of three modules. The first was for Hepatitis and was also questionable and the third was supposed to be HIV but did not occur; he left early.
I was concerned it was an effort to 'program' something based on the people there. I was the only 'white woman' at the shelter at that time and at that event. I was totally furious at what they said about the TB because the history they gave seemed contrivedly racialized. It focused on strains originating in China, then going to Africa, before making it to the U.S. You mean like the "human genome" story regarding certain legacies NOT about 'tuberculosis?' This could well have occurred six months before the announcement of Clinton's 'illness.'
A story I read at the time of early 2017 said something different. It said it was not pneumonia, but a different sort of respiratory ailment. But, at that time there were announcements on the radio, especially BBC, concurrent to the Davos Conference about an anticipated "global pandemic" and there was some sort of conference elsewhere. It said that there were GOING to be massive casualties. This sort of radio broadcast occurred before Davos began. At that time, there as also a media announcement saying the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation said it had been "testing" pandemic scenarios the previous year (ie., 2016) and would be continuing 'testing' throughout 2017.
I just want to ask...did 'Secretary Clinton' do some sort of time-elapse implant option on me that was supposed to activate during the 2016 campaign season and, well, someone got our identities mixed up somehow?
So why be upset about 'Clinton's stock' if it's not even hers?
