Every "Constitutional Amendment" up for vote in Texas today (or for the pre-voting day period) is BLATANTLY Unconstitutional. They are LITERALLY trying to make the FIFA racket a Constitutional Amendment? There would not be anything close to a quorum of voters to pass it and the Texas Legislature knew it. So, what, they passed it to blame the "people" for the results? And after last year's "partially disabled veterans" and "tax waivers" for "housing provided by a charitable organization" they have an amendment about "service animals" and tax waivers? Do you know what I would be thinking right now if I were the "spouse of a first responder killed in action?"
The Supreme Court of the United States has a weaponized case load for this month. Today is the first case of November. I saw the line-up for the month. I do not believe the scheduling clerk at the Court did not know EXACTLY what they were doing.
Is ANYTHING the U.S. is doing right now Constitutional? What happened in May of 2017 when Congress was on the verge of shutdown because there was not enough "money" in the budget to get through the summer in order to consider the next year's appropriations?
I was homeless and on the streets at the time so it was difficult to keep up with the news. But how did a President four months into office find out that there was not enough money in the budget to get through the first year? An incoming President comes in on what the outgoing President sets up. What did the previous President do that Congress was almost out of money by May?
Did Congress lose its budgetary authority then? Does that mean that NOW that what is occurring lacks ANY Constitutional Authority? Is this WHOLE "impeachment process" and the resultant acts of terrorism committed on the People of the United States and elsewhere just an elaborate ruse to launder money and assets to finance the federal budget? If we ALL get MediCare then can they engineer us into not realizing that what they are doing is completely illegal?

Until such time as the "docket" clears from the US Supreme Court for this season I cannot again post on this site. To do so would be to acknowledge that with "cognizance" I agreed to commit treason against my own country. If you wanted to be from some other country then go there and live with them. Don't kidnap me in my own country, torture me, and then try to make me pretend to be a refugee. It's treason and everyone who saw this was a witness with me.

By the way: I am not African American, I am not a member of the State Bar of Texas, I did not graduate from a Black University or ANY University, and I have never been elected to serve on the bench of any Court of Law. If I did and you allowed your cell phone to buzz in my Court Room I would consider it akin to discharging your weapon and have you prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Texas is a state where Capital Punishment is legal.
