Starting in December of 2016 I began attempting to pursue an educational program in Texas to become a "Pipe Inspector." This came after learning about what had transpired in Flint, Michigan, including the fact that at the time 2,000 plumbers were reported to have arrived in Flint upon finding out about the situation to change the pipes only to be made to wait for a month and leave after "changing filters."

I later learned that around the time that these plumbers arrived, the Obama Administration dispatched a team of "Behavioral Scientists" to assess methods by which local people could be encouraged to cooperate with the "assistance" efforts.

But by February of 2017, I had attempted to apply for three different programs in "Welding" at three different schools and had received a grant from the State of Texas, however, each time something came up at the last minute to "divert" me to another program.

​

In March of 2017 I was informed about a program called Non-Destructive Testing. I applied AGAIN for another grant as I had been informed that the one from 2016 had "expired" and was awarded funds to study at a private school in the suburbs of Houston, TX.

I was set to take the following courses:

Radiographic Film Interpretation Level I and II

Ultrasonic Testing Level I

Ultrasonic Testing Level II

Visual Testing Level II

Magnetic Particle Testing Level II

Liquid Penetrant Testing Level II

The weekend before I was to begin school, I was kidnapped under the auspices of an "Emergency Detention" for Mental Health Evaluation that lasted three-days at a public facility and then transferred for seven days to a private facility for follow up. I was not given the "Order of Protective Custody" until the fifth day and was not permitted release from the private facility until AFTER the time for the court hearing to challenge the hold had passed. The lawyer who spoke with me on the fifth day never returned my calls and never assisted me with getting to the hearing. I was not able to obtain any legal assistance.

As a result I had to postpone the beginning of my schooling. There seemed to be neither alarm nor support in addressing the fact that a student in technologies such as the ones mentioned above had been designated as "mentally ill" after attempting to report child abuse and fraud at a domestic violence shelter, which was in the course of a long-term investigation of what was initially described as "white collar crime" to members of the Houston Police Department in December of 2016.

I finished the RT Levels I and II class as scheduled.

​

I finished the UT Level I class as scheduled.

​

I did not take the UT Level II class as scheduled in 2017.

​

I finished the VT Level II class as scheduled.

​

I had to take time off.

​

I finished the MPT Level II class as scheduled.

​

I did not take and never did take the LP Level II class.

​

I attempted to return in February of 2018 to finish the UT Level II class.

​

I did not take the exam.

​

In October of 2017 I attempted to report my concerns that there were potential security issues with the awarding of my certificates based on my own tracking of events in my life and other areas connected to my class work and schooling. 

​

Neither of the Senators I contacted responded to me about my concerns.

​

Neither of the three Federal Departments mentioned in the Executive Order I invoked in an effort to have my certificates investigated ever responded.

​

The Executive Order I invoked was "updated" on Nov. 9, 2018 for implementation on Nov. 14, 2018.
